Squat Challenge–January 2014!

Bring in 2014 with an assertive challenge: squat your way up to 250 squats for strong glutes and a strong core!

All you have to do is follow the calendar below and complete the daily number of squats listed. Share your successes and challenging on the TAG Squat event page on Facebook!

      Hi! Steph is better to do goals then resolution. Because for the goals you need to fight and better. From my view.

    Hi! I just want to write that i did my 25 squats today and waiting for more. One question is there any way how to post picks. I would love to do before and after. Tnx and happy new year.

    Yay!! I finished an “ab challenge” for December…and Love my results, My bootay needs some improvement this challenge came at the right time! I actually did it last year too!!!
